Always great service and on time, used Legacy many times !!

We had a great experience with Legacy Heating and Cooling. I had three different quotes on a replacement A/C and Legacy was honest, fair and did high quality work. Jake and his team were great! It was wonderful to work with this locally owned company.

Called with an issue, and they came out the same day and fixed it quickly. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Great service from start to finish—I’ll definitely be using them again!

Last fall (2025) I had Legacy out to service my furnace, and he said it was shot and I needed a new one. I was very skeptical, but I reluctantly agreed and that turned out to be the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! For the first time in fifteen years, I was comfortably warm all winter, and my electric bill was way lower than the previous year, even though my furnace is all-electric!!! He came out free of charge in May to charge my AC, and though I'd never used the AC on my old furnace, I've had this new one keeping me delightfully cool in this hellish heat, and I just got my latest electric bill which was, once again, way lower than last July!!! Boy, do I feel dumb now for hesitating last fall. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I got an opportunity to work with Jake and Adam when replacing a water heater that was rusted out and leaking. Adam came and removed the old leaking tank. We had new carpet recently installed and he took extra care/caution that I appreciated. Jake came and installed our new tank. He explained patiently the proper maintenance we should be providing, installed swiftly, and left my utility room cleaner than I kept it. We will be using them for any future needs/issues.

Fast and efficient! My AC decided to shut down on the hottest day, and I really appreciated that Legacy was able to come to my house within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the broken part in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for prompt and professional service.

Jake was the repair technician who came to my home, and he was an absolute rockstar! He quickly fixed all the issues I ran into while trying to install my ecobee Pro. On top of that, he shared so many helpful, practical tips to help me save money on my energy bills in the long run. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jake!

We had another company set to come out and service our HVAC system but they had to cancel last minute. But Legacy was about to come out right away, and fit us in last minute. The service was great, the technician was a rock star, and we cannot recommend these guys enough.

We just had them out to service our furnace and AC before selling our home and I cannot recommend them enough. After having another company cancel our appt at the last minute, Legacy got us on the schedule quickly and they were reasonable and honest. It was refreshing! Cannot recommend them enough.

Our furnace went out and we called them and they came out next day. They were very thorough and explained and showed pictures and explained the need for a new system. I didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need. Installed next day at a very competitive price!

Our AC went out and we called and they came out immediately and diagnosed the problem and got us a great deal on a replacement furnace and AC. Would highly recommend!

Jake and Bill came out to my house the same day we called. They were able to diagnose what was wrong in a timely manner. Bill climbed up on my roof and cleared a nest from my vent. Jake came back the next day, on a Saturday to fix my gas valve. They were super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I appreciate all of their help! I highly recommend.

Amazing service! We had a new water softener and sump pump installed. Unfortunately, the primary sump pump was a lemon, but Jake came out the next day after we discovered it wasn’t working and assessed the problem. After a second pump also turned out to be a lemon the third time was a charm. Would definitely recommend Legacy!!

Thought we had an issue with our heat pump and system on an extremely cold day on a Sunday. Since it was very late, they did not have a technician that could get to us right away, but Mindy was wonderful and let me know a way to run our system to make sure our house was heated (no one else I spoke with offered up this advice).

I ended up having to call a different service to come take a look. They showed up and gave a quote to fix the issues for multiple thousands of dollars. I decided to hold off since Mindy had given us an option to heat the home and wait for a Legacy representative to come a take a look.

Got on the schedule for Monday around noon. Around ten I received a call from Mindy letting me know the technician was on a job that would take a little longer than expected, but they will definitely be by to take a look today. Love the transparency and communication received here. Jake showed up as expected and was extremely professional and efficient. He took a look at the system and let me know what was really going on. Nothing was wrong with the system and it was working as intended, just looked a bit funny due to the extreme cold.

Legacy saved me multiple thousands of dollars, didn't push a repair that wasn't necessary, and gave tips on running our system that no other company offered when I spoke with them. I will be calling Legacy for all needs that they cover moving forward. If it was possible I would give them a 10 star rating.
