REFERRAL PROGRAM FAQs
Anyone can earn a referral reward—you don’t even have to be an existing customer. As long as you introduce someone who purchases a full HVAC system from us and becomes a new customer, you qualify for the payment.
We’ll send you a Visa Gift Card. Just be sure the person you refer includes your contact information, or you fill out our referral form so we know who to thank!
A New Customer is anyone who hasn’t previously received any service from us. If it’s their first time working with Legacy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, they qualify for the referral program.
Absolutely! You’ll receive a Visa Gift Card for each new customer who purchases a full HVAC system. If you send us 100 new customers, we’ll happily send you 100 gift cards.
No. Once someone has used our services, they are considered an existing customer. We cannot offer additional gift cards for subsequent services they purchase.
We pay referral rewards for both new commercial and residential customers. If they need a new HVAC system and haven’t worked with us before, your referral qualifies.
Unfortunately, no. The program is only valid if you refer a different individual or company.
